Summer's almost over.....

Hey guys!
The summer is almost over (BOOOOOO!) If you have not picked up a book for your school assignment--stop procrastinating and get in here!
Summer Reading Club is wrapping up, the last day to submit raffle tickets is August 22 (this Friday) Theresa has got a LOT of different prizes she collected so DON'T be left out be sure to fill out your tickets!
Congratulations to the Hampton Bays Battle of the Books team! we competed at Stony Brook University on Sat. 8/16 and placed 4th in the afternoon division out of 17 teams and we were awarded the TEAM SPIRIT award! Great job Sara, Sarah, Alex and Tyler!

Twilight Update

For all you Twilight fanatics (Like me) out there...The first book in Stephenie Meyer's Twilight series is scheduled to come to the big screen in December of 2008. Kristen Stewart, who was most recently in The Messengers and Into the Wild, will play Bella Swan and Robert Pattinson, who was Cedric Diggory in the last two Harry Potter movies, will play our favorite vampire Edward.
